Partnership and shareholder disputes happen for numerous reasons and often get to a point where an independent third party (Dean-Willcocks Insolvency Solutions) is best placed to resolve matters. Ron Dean-Willcocks has settled countless disputes over the years, either leading to a continuation of arrangements, an orderly realization or exit of one or more of the parties.

Our involvement can be as simple as sitting down the disputing parties and aiding in settling their dispute usually by talking practical commercial commonsense, (effectively informal mediation) or may involve our appointment as administrator, receiver, trustee or liquidator. That appointment can facilitate a number of things including:
